Returns policy.

Cobra Grip wants the support experience to feel as deliberate as the product design. This page sets the expectation for how returns, launch issues, and damaged shipments can be handled as the store goes live.

Return window

Eligible products are expected to be returnable within a reasonable post-delivery window once final commerce operations are live, provided items are returned in acceptable condition and with all included components unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Launch-stage products

For prototype-adjacent releases, preorders, limited launch runs, or special early-access products, return eligibility may differ from standard in-stock merchandise. Any product-specific exception should be disclosed at the time of sale.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or materially different from the order placed, Cobra Grip intends to make that right through replacement, correction, store credit, or refund depending on stock and launch-stage constraints.

How support requests are handled

Return and support instructions will be tied into the live commerce stack once customer service channels and operational tooling are finalized. Until then, this page exists to show the site is prepared for a real commercial support flow.
